After your purchase, you will be directed to my online appointment setting site, where you can select an initial appointment time that’s convenient for you. You will get an email confirmation of your appointment and instructions.

How to I purchase coaching sessions?
It’s easy – simply click here to complete the signup form. The session request form contains a few questions about what you are looking to discuss. This information allows me to better prepare for our session. Once you submit the form, you will (within 24 hours) receive a link to my scheduling page and an email invoice. Once the invoice is paid, the appointment is confirmed.
What hours and days are you available?
I offer flexible appointment times, with some evening hours available to better accommodate west coast clients. Once you purchase your session, you will be redirected to my scheduling website where you can choose a convenient time for you. Please note that all times shown on the scheduling page are Eastern time, but you can change the screen to display your own time zone.
What if you can’t help me with my questions?
That’s why I ask a few questions in the initial signup form – so I can both get a better idea about your needs and determine if I can be of assistance. If you are seeking information that is not in my area of expertise, I will notify you immediately to cancel the appointment and immediately refund any fees collected. When scheduling an appointment, it’s best to be as specific and detailed as possible about the issues you wish to discuss.
Can you help with Mac technical issues?
I am a PC-based business. Although I do not provide any technical support for Mac-related issues, I can certainly assist with virtual office and website resources – or other questions that are not platform-specific.
