I suppose it’s a New Year’s thing, but last week I got the urge to do a quick redesign of my website. It had only been about 8 months (?) since my last one, but I’m always inspired by new colors and new layouts and it’s always fun to try on a new dress.
Since I’m using WordPress – the redecorating was really easy, and only took about 2 hours with the color, font and widget tweaking. The WP theme I chose was reflective of my goals for the year – simplification and automation wherever possible. The Typebased theme fit the bill.
On a side note, if you are in the market for great WordPress themes to use on your site, I highly recommend WooThemes. The themes are beautiful, bugless and very reasonably priced (Typebased is one of their free themes). Their customer service is great too.
